Enquiries and quotes
Your name, email, phone number, car preferences, budget, SOS selection and any optional year range, deadline or message are used to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Fields marked with an asterisk are required for the form. You can also get in touch by phone or email.
The proposed legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps taken at your request before entering a contract. The checkbox acknowledges the privacy notice; it is not a marketing subscription. Your details are not used for marketing emails.
Proposed retention without a contract: 6 months after the last substantive exchange, to be confirmed before launch. Contract-related processing will require separate information. Enquiries arrive by email; this application does not maintain a customer database.
Spam protection and technical data
A locally hosted image CAPTCHA, a security session and submission limits protect the form. CAPTCHA answers are not sent to a third party. Codes are valid for up to 5 minutes and can be used once. A necessary session cookie uses HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, with Secure on production HTTPS.
For abuse prevention, the server stores a keyed hash of the IP address and request counters. Records older than 24 hours are removed on the next form-related server request. If no further such request arrives, the records may remain until that cleanup is triggered. Hosting logs may also be kept; exact retention: Egyeztetendő / To be confirmed. The proposed basis for security processing is legitimate interests; the balancing assessment must be finalised before launch.
Recipients and service providers
Ákos Badai handles enquiries. Hosting is provided by Rackhost Zrt., 6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41., Hungary, info@rackhost.hu. Messages are delivered to badaiakos@gmail.com. Gmail’s contractual privacy terms, the provider’s role and safeguards for any international transfers must be confirmed before launch.
Preferences and tracking
When opened, the site follows your device’s light or dark colour setting. A manual change applies only to the current visit; the site does not save this choice in your browser’s local storage. The base site uses no advertising cookies, analytics trackers or externally hosted fonts. The language is reflected in the page URL.
Your rights
You can request access and correction and, where applicable, erasure, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact badaiakos@gmail.com; requests normally receive a response within one month. You may complain to the Hungarian data protection authority (NAIH) or seek a judicial remedy. No automated decision-making or profiling is performed.
